- Perishable Products
Since our products include fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered or the item has visible defects.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hoursof receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- The product must remain in its original condition and unused.
- Return Process
- Once a return or exchange request is received and the issue is verified, we will either refund the amount or replace the product with an equivalent one, based on the customer’s preference.
- The customer may be asked to return the damaged or incorrect product to the specified address.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If the issue is reported after 24 hoursof receiving the product.
- If the product was damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Shipping and Returns
- If the product is replaced due to damage or error in the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable if the return is requested for reasons not related to product defects.
